The S.H.O. will be contested over two days at Indian Canyon designed by H. Chandler Egan [c. 1930].  2019’s inaugural event was fantastic as expressed by many participants!  Tee times will be Noon on Saturday and 11 a.m. on Sunday. Adam Barrows, Assistant Golf Professional at Port Ludlow Golf Course, announced the 2017 Port Ludlow Hickory Classic to be held on Saturday, June 17 with a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start.  This is a two-person team scramble format, with prizes for gross and net winners. The $140 entry fee includes greens fee, cart, range, and awards dinner.  The entry fee is only $90 for Port Ludlow members. Hear-ye, hear-ye!  This much-anticipated annual event is a two-day hickory golf tournament to be held on the 1932 Chandler Egan designed Pacific Grove Golf Links.  Pacific Grove Golf Links is known as “the poor man’s Pebble Beach,” and for good reason.  The course is on the northwestern tip of the Monterey peninsula about five miles from Pebble Beach.  Pacific Ocean and Monterey Bay views are visible from almost every hole on the course, with the back nine is situated right along the coast in links style.
